After registering, you’ll receive your personal U.S. shipping address. Use this address whenever you shop online (Amazon, Shein, eBay, Walmart or other U.S. stores). Your package will be sent directly to our U.S. warehouse. From there, we’ll handle everything shipping, customs processing, and final delivery to Jamaica.

Because Next Move Express is focused on express delivery, your package moves quickly. Once your package arrives at our U.S. warehouse, you can typically expect it in Jamaica within 2 business days. * Disclaimer: In rare cases (such as flight delays, customs checks, or weather interruptions), delivery may take up to 3 business days.

To keep your packages safe and compliant with Jamaican laws, certain items are prohibited. These include: • Illegal substances of any kind • Weapons (guns, knives, ammunition, explosives) • Hazardous or flammable materials • Alcohol or perishable food items

You’ll receive an invoice once your package arrives in Jamaica. Payment options include: • Cash at collection • Bank transfer (details provided on your invoice) • Card payments (coming soon with our POS system) Our goal is to make payments simple and flexible so you can choose what works best for you.

For customers living in or around Mandeville, packages can be collected directly in town. Full details of collection points will be shared once your package is ready. For customers living outside Mandeville, we use Knutsford Express to forward packages to your nearest Knutsford location for convenient pickup. Delivery arrangements may also be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

We know delays can be frustrating, so we stay in touch. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll notify you immediately by phone or email and keep you updated until your package arrives. Most delays are minor and resolved within 1 business day.

We currently ship packages via Express Air up to 40 lbs. Barrels, crates, and packages heavier than 40 lbs must be shipped via Sea Shipping. If you are unsure which option applies to your item, please contact support before shipping.
